What payment options do I have?

You can pay for your orders using We accept all major Master Card / Visa / Diners & International credit cards. We also accept debit cards of almost all the major Indian Banks.

Is my Credit/ Debit card information secure?

We use a secured payment gateway, the guys who specialize in keeping your information safe. They charge us a bomb for that, but a price well spent for your security. Please not that there is no way we could find all your credit card details entered during the purchase.

Can I track my order?

Currently we don’t provide order tracking. Right now we are just concentrating on the fastest delivery of our products to you. But in case knowing where your products have reached is important to you, please stay with us as we will be providing the service in the near future.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently don’t ship outside India. Although, we will keep our international members posted if we start shipping overseas.

Can i return my product if I change my mind regarding the purchase?

We follow the oldest philosophy of every retailer “GOODS ONCE SOLD WILL NOT BE RETURNED”. The syndrome you are facing is called Buyers Remorse,  an emotional condition whereby a person feels remorse or regret after a purchase. Sorry we have not found any cure for that, although some research is still going on. We keep our figures crossed.

Does Bharatbuy assume any product related liability?

For any item available for sale on our website, bharatbuy.com or the parent company Azing Online Enterprises, does not assume any product liabilities. Bharatbuy.com is only in the business of sending products available from manufacturers/wholesalers/retailers to customers at the destination of their choice, we just act as a mediator between two or more parties.

How do I return a defective product?

Unless we specifically tell you not to, we request you to call the manufacturer of the product you bought as most of our products come with manufacturers warrantee. You will likely get a replacement from them.  Please read the product description page carefully, to understand the time of warrantee which comes with the product bought by you.  Incase things don’t work out please drop us a mail at customercare@bharatbuy.com.

What do I do if the product is damaged during shipment?

In case of such a condition, email us at customercare@bharatbuy.com with your order number, the name of the product you are returning, and the problem with the item within 3 days of the reciept of the consignment.  We will respond with return authorization within two business days and will ask you to ship the product to a particular address. Please note that cost of shipping the product to us will be born by you.  Because we aren\'t likely to have a replacement in stock, you should be prepared for a refund-only option. Therefore incase if the problem is minor and quite bearable, please don’t send the goods back for our mutual benefit.
